At the Air and Space museum in Washington, D.C., we met my Uncle Rey. He is from the Philippines, and he and I split up from everyone else. We went to a room modeled to look like a room in the aircraft carrier Enterprise, the first ever nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.

We also went into a room dedicated to World War I aviation. We saw a model of a sopwith camel, arguably the best fighter plane in the First World War. In that room we also saw a modeled Fokker fighter. It was Germany's best type of plane in the First World War.

Plus, we saw a room dedicated to World War II aviation, with a Spitfire (Great Britain), a P-51 Mustang (USAF), a Messershcmit ME 109 (Luftwaffe), and a Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero (Imperial Japanese Navy).

Uncle Rey told me that he had an uncle in the Bataan Death March who was one of the few to escape the Bataan Death March.
